The revenue sharing is 60:40 (Teacher: Company) after deduction of applicable taxes. Thus, your monthly will depend on the numbers of students/batches you teach and on the amount time &effort you put into the system. If you teach 3 hours in a day for 3 days in a week, you have a potential to earn upto 16000 in a month.
Getting students is always a joint effort. The company also provides leads to the teachers depending on the demo evaluation, proactiveness, demo conversion, compliance, availability of slots, retention and efforts towards growing your centers. As teacher partner, you are also required to put in efforts to generate organic leads so as to have more and more students at your center.
The enrollments take place all through the year. The students and parents are explained well in advance about the syllabus to be covered as per the tenure of the child.
